While the federal government has shut down, enrollment in the Health Care Marketplace is moving ahead as planned. There have been reports from various news sources that the enrollment website, www.healthcare.gov, is running slowly, but it is still running. If you�d prefer to get your information in person, stop by Forest Park Community College, 5600 Oakland Ave., between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Saturday, October 5. State representatives Joshua Peters and Kimberly Gardner will host an Affordable Care Act and Health Care Exchange Marketplace education and enrollment kick-off rally at the community college�s Caf� West. Licensed navigators will be on hand to answer questions and help facilitate enrollment.
